Policies

A deposit of $500 is required to hold your reservation. Payment in full must be made 90 days prior to the tour starting date. If the balance is not paid prior to the due date, we reserve the right to regard the reservation as cancelled. Kindred Spirits Tours is required to make deposits in advance,  if we are unable to cancel and resell the space we incur losses. Our policy on deposits is as follows:

• Fully refundable should you cancel in writing 90 days or more prior to the tour
starting date.
• 50% refundable should you cancel in writing 89 to 60 days prior to the starting
date.
• Non-refundable 60 days or less prior to the starting date of the tour.

Notice of cancellation must be in writing (fax or email does not constitute "in writing"). Please note: No refunds can be made for those who are a "no show". The right is reserved to alter or cancel any portion of the trip and to make refund accordingly. Payment, in the form of deposit, or payment, partial or full, shall constitute consent to all terms contained herein.

Accommodation and Tour accommodations are carefully chosen to provide tour participants with quality accommodations, hospitality, and service at reasonable cost. Tour prices are based on two people sharing a room with either double or twin beds. Every effort will be made to pair tour participants traveling
A single room may be available at the stated single-supplement cost.

Meals:   Breakfast is included in the price tours.  Lunches and dinners are not included unless otherwise indicated. Gratuities, personal expenditures and tips are not included.

Transportation: Your tour vehicle, transportation fares, tours, museums and admissions to tour sites and applicable taxes are included in the price of the tour.

Tour Size: Is limited to 12 or fewer people unless otherwise noted. Tours that are part of another package,  may include other participants.

Climate: The weather is often variable, sometimes changing in the course of a few hours, days or even minutes. A bit of rain is probable on any UK adventure and tours are conducted rain or shine. More details on what to bring or not, will be sent to you prior to the tour. Kindred Spirits Tours is not responsible for mother nature or the whims of the God or Goddess. 

Health and Ability:Be aware that this trip requires walking and, in some cases, bending, and briefly crawling on knees,  please understand the inherent risks involved in exploring sites of antiquity. 

Insurance: Kindred Spirits Tours reserves the right to cancel any tour in which the minimum is not reached, and to alter any aspect of the itinerary should circumstances demand. If the minimum is not reached, your payment or deposit will be fully refunded. For other unforeseen circumstances, we strongly recommend that participants enroll in personal accident, baggage, and trip
cancellation insurance policies available through Forecast Travel or most travel agencies. Also you might check with your credit card provider as insurance options could be included.

Responsibilities and Terms: Kindred Spirits Tours and or its agents gives notice that all tickets, vouchers, or other issuances for conveyance or accommodation made by them, are made as agents for participants of Kindred Spirits Tours upon the express condition that Kindred Spirits Tours and or its agents are not liable for any accident, injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle, or through acts or default of any hotel personnel. Kindred Spirits Tours or its agents accepts no responsibility for losses or incidental expenses due to delay or change in schedules, hotel booking irregularities, defaults, sickness, quarantine, emergency, weather, strikes, war, or other causes. All such losses are the sole responsibility of the participants. The right is reserved to not accept or retain as a participant any person whose acts or conduct are judged to be detrimental or in conflict with the safety, interest, comfort, harmony, or well-being of the group as a whole.

Luggage: As well a personal items, such as jackets, cameras, purses, or packs are the sole responsibility of the owner. 

Photography and Film: I hereby agree to permit Kindred Spirits Tours, its agents and other participants to take pictures and make video or film records without further approval or recourse, and I understand and agree that such photographs and recordings may be used for professional commercial, and promotional purposes.
